Easy As Cake, Cake Recipe!

CREME DE MENTHE CAKE
{such a tasty little treat & so pretty}


What you need:

Duncan Hines yellow cake mix. Instant vanilla pudding. 4 eggs. 3/4 C cold water. 1/2 C oil.  3/4 C chocolate syrup. Green food coloring. Creme de menthe. Bundt cake pan.

Combine the cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil and mix on low for 1 minute and on medium for 1 more minute.
Put 1/4 of the mix into another bowl. Add chocolate syrup to the bowl with 3/4 of the mix.


Add 2-3 tbsp of the Creme De Menthe and 3 drops of green food coloring to the bowl with 1/4 of the mix(the yellow bowl). Mix it and it will look like this:


Grease your bundt pan. DO NOT use pam, use oil. 

Pour the chocolate mix into your bundt cake pan. Next pour the green mix over the chocolate mix, try to keep it in the center of the chocolate mix. Like I said, try to keep it in the center :)


Bake on 350 for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan for 20 minutes. Flip it onto a plate after cooling and voila!

As seen above, when you cut into the cake you have a green swirl inside! So cool and so yummy!

Also, for dinner we had baked chicken which we covered in cheddar cheese and RITZ crackers. The recipe called for you to put the crackers in a food processor...
