{Cupcake Heaven}

Today we're making Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cupcakes. Say that three times fast! I'm sure lots of people already know this recipe, but some won't and these are my most favoritest cupcakes(how's that for grammar?)! Cream cheese and chocolate? Doesn't get much better than that!
What you need:
1 box chocolate cake mix(along with everything it calls for; oil, eggs, and water...)
1 8oz box of cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix your cake batter according to the directions on the box, but after that add your 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to your cake mix. Then mix your cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar, and pinch of salt. Add in your chocolate chips. 

Ok then you want to fill your cupcake holder with 1/3 cake mix, then 1/3 cream cheese mix and 1/3 cake mix again to top it off, so the cream cheesy goodness is in the middle! I've made this recipe a hundred times and managed to screw it up this time. I think it was all the fumes from the paint. That's what I'll blame it on anyway :) That's why in my pics all the cream cheesy goodness is on top. They're sooo much better if you're sure to do it the right way and layer it! So follow the 1/3 rule!

Then bake on 350 for about 22 minutes, as usual my time was less because of the gas oven and what not. Mine took about 17 minutes! 

Let cool for about 5 minutes and devour! Nom! Kory gave them 5 stars! Woo hoo!
