Change 10 Lives in 10 Days

The Mission List

Water. So simple. Most of us snub our noses at the thought of drinking water. We'd rather be offered a soda, a flavored coffee or something sweet, with more flavor. We take the simplest things in life for granted.

Our Earth is composed of 71% water and is vital to all living things. Yet 1.1 billion people do not have access to safe drinking water. 100-175 gallons on average are used by one American a day. 175 gallons, people! What do we do with all of that water?

The Mission List is a group of bloggers who have set out to make a difference in the world by brining water to those in need. I'm honored to be a part of this group and would love to share with you how you can help.

$25 brings one person water for LIFE. That's just $25 to give someone clean, safe water for the rest of their life. I know some of your are thinking 25 bucks? That's steep. But to change or save a life, it's not. $25 these days is a meal out, a pedicure, a trip to Target, date night at the movies. I'm asking you to skip just ONE of these to change someone's life. Take the challenge, do good on this Earth while you're here. Remember that post DO SOMETHING that I wrote a few weeks ago? Well this is YOUR chance to do something good, for someone else.
The people of Haiti are those that we are specifically helping with these donations.

So here's how you help:
1. Go to this LINK and make your $25 DONATION!
2. Spread the word. Share this link on your Facebook page, retweet this post on Twitter(hashtag #10days10livesTML), email this post to your coworkers, family, and friends. Do anything you can to make this go viral and get as many donations as possible. This is truly for a good cause, friends. We're trying to make a difference here and we need your help.

Think about YOUR life without water...
