UNFORTUNATELY, I just have repeat posts for you today, BUT there are two. Does two make it better?? I'm guest blogging over at CRAZY CRAFTY COOL today and these are the two posts I shared with her readers. These are two of my favorite and QUICK recipes, so maybe you lost the recipe or missed these last time I posted. If you already saw them, I'M SORRY!! :)

First up is POPPY SEED BREAD!
Don't be fooled, this is a sweet treat! I could eat an entire loaf of this by myself. It's that good! Another wonderful recipe that I got from Momma Schartz! It's super easy too which makes it that much better.
What you need:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box coconut cream pudding
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup oil
1 cup hot water
4 eggs
2 loaf pans or 1 9x13 pan
You literally throw all of that into a mixer and beat for 4 minutes. Then spray your pans with PAM and fill them half way with the mix. The bake at 350 for 35 minutes! That's all. Such a delicious treat. Kory likes his with butter, I just eat mine plain.
Hope y'all enjoy this as much as we do! Next up, dip to die for... No really, that's what it's called, "Dip To Die For." This dip really is so good that it's to die for! It's that perfect mix of salty, sweet and spicy! With all the veggies in it, I'd say it's a pretty well-rounded appetizer. Hee.
It doesn't look super appealing, but believe me-it is! We have get-togethers all the time and everyone is always asking for this recipe, people love it! Ok, so here's what you need: 2 8oz packages of cream cheese 1 small can of chopped olives 1 can of whole kernel corn 1 package of Hidden Valley ranch dressing(it's a dry packet) AND 1 jar of HyVee hot and sweet jalapenos, diced finely.(save 1/4 cup of the juice!) The HyVee brand just really does it for us!
Kory has found that tossing the jalapenos and olives in our mini food processor, first is the easiest and quickest way to get all of that diced and mixed together. Then in our big mixer he'll put in the 2 packages of cream cheese, the corn, the dressing, the 1/4 cup of jalapeno juice and the jalapeno and olive mix. He lets that mix until it's all distributed, about 2 minutes. Put it in your favorite fancy dish(preferably not an orange tupperware) and serve with tortilla chips! People will be begging you for the recipe! I have to add that I loathe olives, but I looooove this dip!! I'm literally stuffing my face with it while I type this. Awesome, I know.
 xx,
Melissa
