I am a guest blogger over at Defining My Happy and I'm talking about my post-baby self. I'm realizing very quickly that nobody wins in this gig if I don't take care of myself.
"I'll be the first to admit that being a mom is no walk in the park, though. There are definitely those moments where you second guess yourself. And I've come to realize that with having children, it is easy to neglect yourself. I think it's natural to put your children before yourself. It's part of the job, right? To a certain extent that is 100% ok, but there comes a point when you have to take some time for you. Otherwise that old saying "if mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy" becomes frightfully true.
For me, this means taking time to take care of myself. Eating healthy, working out, getting my body back. My little one is 6.5 months, right around the 5 month mark I started to get really down on myself over my post-baby body."

I'm not technically a stay at home mom, but most days with my schedule it feels like I am and I can relate to this regardless! I really think these 10 truths goes hand and hand with my post from yesterday and my guest post ^^ don't you?
