So, I'll admit that I was definitely nervous to do this post. Fashion blogger? In my dreams. Born to do fashion poses? HA. Mad photography skills? Not so much. Guys, let's face it, I am a happy, confident woman, BUT everyone has their insecurities. Their flaws. Their weaknesses. I am definitely vulnerable in my postpartum body. It's hard to see yourself in new form, but when the challenge arose to style this fun Home T, I had to accept. I am always preaching to you guys to "be you" and to "love yourself," so I thought I would practice what I preach and rock what Henry gave me! Am I where I want to be? Absolutely not, but this is where it starts. I'm still happy and proud of my body and I can most definitely still be fashionable. Each day is a chance to be a better version of myself. That's what I'm hoping to do, be better tomorrow than I was today.
If you agree and if you love the way I styled my home tee, can you hop on over to Tulip's Facebook page and vote for my look?
The girls at Tulip provided us with a Home T to style as we please. What's awesome is that proceeds from the Home T benefit Multiple Sclerosis.
Born and raised in Missouri, I would never pick any other state than the Show Me State!
I styled my Home T with a cotton skirt, wedges, some gorgeous hello cheeseburger earrings and a fancy belt to add a little punch. Add a top knot and you're good to go. A fun, look that will transfer from day to night!
Home Tee: c/o Tulip
Earrings: Hello Cheeseburger
Shoes: Old-Charming Charlie (similar)
Don't forget, this is a style showdown so hop on over to Tulip's Facebook page and give me a vote, would ya? Voting goes live at 9 am! I hate asking for votes, but you know I'd surely appreciate your help! #kisses
If you're dying to get your hands on a Home T, Tulip is located on the Plaza so you can go grab yourself one. Run, don't walk!
Happy Thursday, Friends!
