It was another super relaxing weekend for us. We spent it hanging out, doing yard work and running errands. Sunday Henry and I gave dad his presents and then we met my parents for lunch. It was such a nice time. Henry was amazing. He kept "dancing" to the music in the background. It was the coolest thing ever! He also couldn't get enough of his grandad. He kept nuzzling him and loving on him. I couldn't get over it and my dad was definitely eating it up. It's so neat to watch my dad become more comfortable and come around a little more, the older Henry gets. :)
For Father's Day Henry and I made a keepsake baseball for Dad. It proved to be a little harder than I thought, with a 7 month old, but it's still sweet. We also picked him out some cool whiskey stones.
We've had a ton of rain here in Missouri over the last few weeks and it has been wonderful for our flowers so I had to snap a few shots. We finally picked out a high chair for Henry. We've only used it once, but I'm pretty happy so far. It's just a basic Graco style, we didn't want to spend too much on it and we wanted it to be neutral just incase. It also converts into a booster which was a feature that we liked.
What did you guys do this weekend? Did you have fun celebrating the dads in your life?
We sure did! Our weekends are just becoming more and more entertaining with our little one, we LOVE it!
