As you guys know, I've been working on losing my baby weight, if you're new to my blog you can check out my weight loss journey here, here, here and here. This week is the last week of my 6-week session. And what would a workout be without cute clothes to get fit in?? Of course I've been on the hunt for some stylish pieces to work out in. Back when I played sports, it was all gym shorts and jerseys. Workout clothes are on an entirely different playing level these days. Cute tops, fitted pants and any print you could ever imagine. Now that I've gotten back into fitness, I totally understand why some moms live in workout clothes. Why wouldn't they? They're so cute and obviously they're comfortable. The trick is to find cute pieces that won't break the bank. There are so many fun pieces out there, but they can really reach some steep prices.
So when my girls at Tulip reached out to me and asked if I'd like to try some of their new athletic pieces, of course I obliged! Say what? I'd love to try them!
They are fun, fitted and light pieces. I like that the shirt and jacket were both fitted, but now obnoxiously tight. The pants are a simple cotton, but they are light and breathable. They had several different options with multiple color choices. I stuck with black, because it's slimming, duh. ;) It was hard to pass up the turquoise though.
And obviously I wear makeup and leave my hair down every time I work out...not. I work out at 5 am, there is definitely no makeup haha. Also, Kory said that in order to take these pictures for me, his fee was me taking a picture with his bow. Lamest couple ever? I think so. We're ok with that. :)
ANYWAY, if you're looking to invest in some athletic wear, I definitely suggest hitting the Plaza and checking out Tulip's selection. The jacket is going to be perfect this fall, I just know it.
They also have an online store if you prefer shopping from home. You can find it, here.
