{I Can't Contain My Excitement + An Amazing Smoothie Recipe!}

So the other day I earned my rookie bonus with AdvoCare. Holla atcha girl!! But in all seriousness, I'm really proud of myself and super excited for what's to come. I've done things so quickly, that I blink and things are just happening all around me. This business has brought so much goodness to my life. It's not just about the financial gain, or the weight loss aspect, somedays it just gives me purpose. It makes me feel like I'm doing something with myself and making a difference in people's lives. I'm no fool, I've lost weight myself and I know that it's not going to fall off with products alone. Hard work certainly has to go into too, but will AdvoCare help people? Certainly. Can it speed up some processes? Yes. Can it be exactly the motivation that some people are looking for? AB.SO.LUTE.LY! It keeps me on track daily, along with a well-balanced diet and a dedication to the gym.
I get texts daily from friends, family, and even strangers telling me how thankful they are for my 24 day challenge group, or for introducing them to Spark. They love the accountability and the daily motivation! It's incredible.
We're all in this together and I love that. It's a community of people that want to be healthy, feel good about themselves and be better than the day before. What isn't positive about all of that?!
And moving to a single income, the extra money earned with AdvoCare has most definitely been helpful and enjoyable. It has taken a little bit of the stress off. And it's fulfilling work, it isn't stressful, it doesn't consume me, it allows me to be a mother and a goal digger.
I can't wait to see where it takes. AdvoCare success school in Dallas is calling my name!
After this weekend's lake trip and Florida of course!! I haven't had a vacation in YEARS, I'm so overdue!
Let's do this, summer!!!
Continue below for a scrumptious smoothie recipe!!!

I made this amazing smoothie the other night and I can't get enough of it! It makes two large smoothies (about 22 oz each), so I drank one and put the other in a ziploc bag and froze it for the next day, and yes it was just as yummy!
1 cup/container Chobani raspberry greek yogurt
1 green apple spark
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 banana
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 squeeze of honey for sweetness
Ice and water to consistency
and blend away!

Hey, thanks for stopping by and thanks for being a great support system.
xx,
Melissa Loren
